We love furry friends! Just let us know ahead of time. If your pet is anxious or protective, we recommend a safe, comfy spot away from the action during the clean.

🏡 Do I need to be home while you clean?

Nope! Many of our clients provide us with access codes or keys. We’ll lock up after we finish and send you a confirmation. You can come home to a fresh space without lifting a finger.

Life happens — we get it! Just give us at least 2 business days’ notice, and we’ll happily reschedule. Less notice may incur a fee, as we’ve reserved that spot just for you.
